At Foxholes, we have five individual kennel blocks with a total of 39 individual kennels of varying size to house your pets. We understand that one size does not fit-all; which is why Foxholes has purpose built larger kennels in order to accommodate breeds of all shapes and sizes. All kennels are east facing, ensuring that once the sun has risen; dogs do not have direct sunlight shining on them all day. Each kennel looks onto a grass paddock, giving your pets a view and allowing them to watch the day go by however they choose. By having a view, your pets use up lots of energy throughout the day; and are not facing a fence or brick wall.
Every kennel at Foxholes has both an inside area and an outdoor kennel run, meaning you pet will never be inside throughout the day when the weather is suitable. Every guest that stops at Foxholes receives a plastic bed, plus additional blankets giving something to snuggle upto on an evening. We understand kennels can never truely be home, which is why we allow items from home to be brought if wished.
Kennel runs are sheltered, meaning rain or shine; your pets have outdoor access during the day. Kennel runs are the exact same size as the indoor area, giving your pets ample space to roam throughout the day.
Every kennel block at Foxholes is fully central heated, so you can be sure your pets are warm and cozy on those chilly winter days. During winter when its too cold for pets to stop outside for too long, we house your pets inside throughout the day; every dog has an extra dinner time walk in order to break the day up a little. Kennel blocks are fully insulated to ensure heat is retained during winter and repelled during summer.
